Supermarché Match: Usurpation d'identitée et tentative d'escroquerie

ATTENTION USURPATION D’IDENTITE ET TENTATIVE D’ESCROQUERIE

 

Des personnes se faisant passer pour des salariés/dirigeants de la société SUPERMARCHES MATCH et utilisant le nom de notre société dans leurs adresses mails (littéralement ou déformée) contactent des fournisseurs, principalement par mails, pour leur passer des commandes.

 

Ces personnes utilisent parfois les noms de dirigeants ou d’anciens dirigeants de la société SUPERMARCHES MATCH.

Nous vous invitons à la plus grande vigilance en vérifiant systématiquement les coordonnées transmises et en cas de doute, en contactant votre interlocuteur habituel chez SUPERMARCHES MATCH.

 

Nous vous conseillons également d’éviter tout contact avec ces personnes, de signaler cette fraude à votre entourage professionnel et de porter plainte auprès de vos services de police ou de justice.

 

PRACTICES CONSTITUTING ATTEMPT TO COMMIT FRAUD AND IDENTITY THEFT

Businesses operating in several European Union countries such as Italy, Germany, Spain and Ireland have brought the following facts to our company's attention:  Individuals impersonating employees/directors of SUPERMARCHES MATCH and using the name of our company SUPERMARCHES MATCH in their email addresses (actual and implied) are contacting them, primarily by email, to place fake orders.

These schemes have absolutely nothing to do with our company’s business dealings and are seriously damaging our image. They are categorised as two separate crimes: identity theft and attempt to commit fraud. Our company has directly filed a complaint with France's Crown Prosecutor.

We ask you to remain vigilant and to verify the identity of your contact within our company before any acceptance of order and delivery. We advise you to lodge complaint with your own law enforcement agency and court.

 

We also advise you to avoid contact with these people and to report this fraud to your professional entourage.
